Shipping Information

STANDARD DELIVERY Orders generally ship within 2 business days via United States Postal Service and usually are received within 5 business days from shipment. We charge $4.98 ($2.99 S&H + $1.99 Eco-Friendly Packaging billed separately) per order.
PRIORITY MAIL DELIVERY 1-3 Business day delivery. Orders received by 11:00 AM (PST) will arrive at your doorstep within 3 business days. Add only $6.95 to our regular delivery charge.
RUSH PROCESSING Just add $1.49 to your order for prompt 24 hour in-house processing.

The $1.99 Environmentally Friendly Packaging charge is part of our ongoing effort to reduce our impact on the environment. Cellogica packaging is recyclable and biodegradable.

Refund/Return Policy

While we are confident you will be 100% satisfied with your results, returns with Rapid Repair are easy. You may arrange for a credit, less shipping and handling, for any product that you return within 30 days of you ship date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. 

After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 7 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution. There will be a small $8.95 restocking fee on all returns. You may also choose to pay a cancellation fee to avoid having to return the product to us; this one-time fee will vary but will always be lower than the full price of the product. This can be avoided completely by returning the product back to us.
